According to The Nation Newspaper, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and well-known celebrity barman Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, have opted for an out-of-court resolution concerning the naira abuse allegations.

This agreement came to light during the recent court session on Thursday. Cubana Chief Priest stood before Justice Kehinde Ogundare, confronting three charges linked to the inappropriate handling of the national currency during a social event, contravening the Central Bank Act of 2007.
