Bellingham's remarks come in the wake of Mainoo's standout performance during England's recent 2-2 draw against Belgium in an international friendly yesterday.

Mainoo, who has shown promise during his tenure with Manchester United in the Premier League, has earned two caps under the guidance of Gareth Southgate. As the Euro 2024 Championship approaches, Bellingham, speaking with Channel 4, stressed the necessity of handling Mainoo with care.

Reflecting on Mainoo's performance, Bellingham acknowledged his talent, stating, "He was good tonight. It’s difficult. I’m speaking like the old head here, but I know how hard it can be when there’s a clamor and people put a lot of pressure on you, so I don’t want to add fuel to the fire. But he’s definitely a brilliant player, and he’s going to have an amazing future at Manchester United and hopefully for England as well."
