The Kano State Gubernatorial Election Tribunal will announce its decision on the suit against Governor Abba Yusuf by the APC on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.

The panel's Chairman, Justice Oluyemi Akintan-Osadebay, stated that the judgment will be delivered within the legally allotted 180 days. This decision comes after concluding final arguments from both parties.

The APC has urged the tribunal to uphold its petition and reinstate Nasir Gawuna as the winner, while INEC, NNPP, and Governor Yusuf have called for the petition's dismissal.
