The couple, who had a lavish wedding ceremony in 2022 that was the talk of the town, took to social media to express their joy on this special occasion.

Rita Dominic shared stunning photos from their traditional wedding and captioned the post with "19th April, one year today."

The traditional wedding was held in Imo State, the actress's home state, on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, and the couple got engaged in April of the same year.

Friends of the bride-to-be hosted a beautiful and colorful bridal shower in her honor. The private event was attended by some of Nollywood's leading actresses, including Ego Boyo, Ini Edo, Kate Henshaw, Dakore Egbuson-Akande, Mo Abudu, Joke Silva, Chioma Chukwuka, and Michelle Dede, and was filled with fun and laughter.
