Portable was arraigned in court on April 3, 2023, on six counts of assault and theft of musical equipment.
He was granted bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties who must own landed properties near the court. The judge ordered that Portable remain at the Ilaro Correctional Center until he met the bail conditions and adjourned the case to April 26.
