A popular Nollywood actor and model has announced the passing of his mother.

Following his mother's demise, IK Ogbonna posted a video montage of her on Instagram.

The actor shared on social media three days ago that he had lost a close companion, but he did not identify who it was.

But yesterday, the actor posted a video on Instagram describing her life and their interactions.

Over the video, you can hear "Heaven's Lucky to Have You" (feat. Mike Rogers and Sonya Isaacs). In the description of the video, he said, "Rest in peace, my Angel."
