Oshoala, a standout for the Super Falcons, was included among the goal scorers when Barcelona defeated Real Sociedad 3-0 on Sunday to claim the Spanish Women's Super Cup.

Aitana Bonmati scored the game's first goal in the 13th minute, followed by a second goal in the 47th, and Oshoala added a third goal to secure the victory in the 96th minute.

Following the men's team's victory in the same tournament last weekend, the victory at the Estadio Romano in Merida brought the first trophy of the year.

Since the Super Cup's creation in 2020, Barcelona has won it three times in as many years. Atletico Madrid was the only side to stop them when they defeated them on penalties in the semifinals of the following year, 2021.

The last domestic title Barca failed to capture was that one. They went on to win the Champions League, the Liga F, Copa de la Reina, and Super Cup last season, in addition to a league and cup double in 2020–21.
