On Friday, September 30th, Asake took to Instagram to express his appreciation to his UK followers after tickets for his October 3rd event in London sold out in only five minutes.

"UK Terminators, sold out my 1st London show in 5 minutes. Una too much. Can't leave anyone out 2nd date added on sale Monday. Let's Go!" he posted on Instagram

Asake's UK performance follows his spectacular appearances in the United States, where he wowed Afrobeats fans with his smash tunes.

Asake has had a great year in 2022, which he rounded off with his record-breaking first album 'Mr. Money With The Vibes.' His music has migrated globally, where it has found a receptive following in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Asake is scheduled to play at the O2 Brixton Academy auditorium, which seats 5,000 people, and it is an impressive achievement that he was able to sell out the arena within minutes of his first try.
