Selena Gomez has been chosen to remix Afrobeats diva Rema's breakthrough track "Calm Down."
Rema's song "Calm Down" shot to a hundred million views on YouTube in less than three months after it was published, making it an immediate smash. The track, which was made available as one of the songs before his first "Raves & Roses" album, has turned out to be the most popular hit off the record.
Rema has enlisted the help of American pop star Selena Gomez for the remix of his successful song in an effort to achieve international recognition.
Pictures of the two on social media sparked rumors of a potential collaboration, which Selena Gomez later verified by posting a preview of a remix of "Calm Down" on her Twitter account.
