Discussions on the incident involving the actress Mercy Aigbe and the entrepreneur Lara Olukotun, alias Larrit, at a recent event in Lagos, Nigeria, are trending on social media.

Aigbe remarked that she had responded as a result of Olukotun's persistent cyberbullying and physical assault, notwithstanding her assertion that she had been attacked without provocation.

As a result of Mercy Aigbe's attitude in her marriage to movie marketer Kazim Adeoti, Olukotun stated in an Instagram post on Tuesday that she had problems with the actress.

The entrepreneur stated that Aigbe had publicly criticized the actress because she had dared Adeoti's first wife.

Following her marriage to Adeoti, Olukotun criticized Aigbe for having the "audacity to insult, show off, and portray different indirect signs."

“You daring the other woman on what can she do and calling yourself ‘Aya d owner’ – the husband that belongs to another woman that has four kids for the same man you married – is what I stand stood against.

“If that is my crime to have offended some people, I say it here publicly that I’m not sorry,” the businesswoman said.

Aigbe was also charged with "always behaving like a victim to the public and exposing your wicked aspect behind closed doors," according to the accuser.

"Anybody may purchase your drama. Don't play with me, Olukotun scolded Aigbe, "that's none of your concern.

After the footage of their public altercation went viral on social media on Monday, Mercy Aigbe and the businesswoman have been trading blows.
