Britney Spears, an American singer, has married her fiance, Sam Asghari.

The pair went down the aisle at Spears' estate in Thousand Oaks, California, according to Page Six.

Madonna, Paris Hilton, Drew Barrymore, and Donatella Versace were among the music star's close pals who attended the wedding.

Some members of the singer's family, including her parents, two boys, and sister, were not there.

Bryan Spears, her brother, was the only member of her immediate family there.

"I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ … I thought “Geez … what happened to my stomach ???” My husband said “No you’re food pregnant silly 🤪 !!!” So I got a pregnancy test … and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby," she wrote.

However, there was some drama before the ceremony got underway.

Jason Alexander, Spear's first husband, was detained outside her home shortly before the ceremony began.

The singer only recently announced that she and Asghari were expecting a child.
