Kanayo Kanayo, a professional actor and lawyer, celebrated his 60th birthday on Sunday at the Muson Centre
Onikan in Lagos, dressed entirely in white.
The actor's family, friends, and connections came out in force to congratulate him, with individuals from all walks of life in attendance.
The actor praised God for sparing his life so that he could see the event, as well as his family and friends for their
unwavering support throughout the years.
At the ceremony, the actor also announced the formation of the 'Kanayo O Kanayo Foundation.'
Highlights of the event included the two ‘triumphant’ entries of the birthday boy, clad in all-white attire. In the second ‘appearance’, Kanayo wore a bowler hat, while the second time, he went for a traditional red cap worn by chiefs in Igboland.
He was later joined by his children on stage in to cut the birthday cake where he was flanked by his wife and three sons in a session anchored by popular comedian, Ayo Makun, aka AY.
