The suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, has approached a Federal High Court for another bail plea, citing threat to life as a major reason.
However, while Kyari, Ubia, Agirigba and Nuhu (1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th defendants), sought bail over the alleged threats to their lives, ASP Bawa James, who is the 3rd defendant in the matter, did not.
Some aggrieved inmates of Kuje prison, reportedly attacked the embattled ex Super Cop.
The Kuje attackers claimed Kyari prosecuted them despite taking bribes from them.
