The Football Association has confirmed that Phil Neville will step down his role as England Women head coach with immediate effect.
The 43-year-old, who was previously scheduled to depart the role at the end of his contract in July is set to become the new boss of Inter Miami.
The Major League Soccer outfit is co-owned by Neville’s former Manchester United and England team-mate David Beckham, who is also his fellow co-owner of League Two side Salford.
The FA is expected to name of an interim head coach soon, as recruitment process are ongoing after assistant coach Rehanne Skinner departure joined Tottenham Hotspur last November.
