NAIJA WOMEN IN BUSINESS.

Doing Business in Nigeria has often been referred to as a “Mans” world. This Program highlights that this may no longer be the case.

In depth research has made us realize that words of encouragement are vital to the business-minded individual. Especially when it comes to being a woman in business. Who better to give those encouraging tips, than “REAL WOMEN“ in business?

We decided that there was a need for a platform for women to express themselves and it was something we could use the airwaves to help with. Which is why we developed NAIJA WOMEN IN BUSINESS, a radio programme aired every Tuesday by 10.30 am-11.30am

Real Business women, of different ages, specialities and ethnic groups are invited to thrash out the various issues that women entrepreneurs are facing. As well as tell their story of the journey to success, or at least sustenance.

The aim is to inspire every woman to be the best they can be in life, no matter their situation.

To inspire women who have begun to lose hope, and think that their ideas are no good. With the presence of bright ideas and contributions of randomly selected women who are going though the same thing, we can push these women forward so that they can be the best they can be in life and aspire for the best in life.

The program is also designed to inspire new business owners with the testimonies of Naija women who have stood the test of time, in the Nigerian Marketplace, whether its in trading, creativity, media, service provision or hospitality, these women have loads to teach us about what its like to start a business, and even more, to keep it going in Nigeria.

Questions that may be answered are as follows:

  1. How has technology helped you grow?
  2. Pos? Cashless society? How does this benefit you?
  3. How would you like your government to help you?
  4. Why women employ the staff they do
  5. Customer service, does it exist?
  6. Fueling your generator, if you feel like venting what would you vent about?
  7. Taxes and how you go about handling them.
  8. Husbands and how supportive they have been

The Value your Brand Places on Women in business is inspirational, it would be great to have such an empowering brand sponsor the program.

There are also still many cultures of this world where women are being illtreated and this is tragic, but with the words from Wise Wives who have had past experiences they can share we may be able to help curb this issue.Which is why we developed WISE WORDS WITH WIVES, a radio programme aired every Wednesday by 10.30 am-11.30am.
