According to a statement released on Thursday by the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, ICT analysts and enforcement officers across the country will undergo extensive training on February 29, 2024, in anticipation of the resumption of tinted glass permit issuance.

The statement emphasized the Police Force's commitment to enhancing national security and combating crimes facilitated by the misuse of tinted glass. The police have successfully recovered the baby who was abducted by a maid over the weekend in Shomolu and subsequently sold for N800,000.

According to SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the police spokesperson, the infant was found in the early hours of yesterday at Alade Market in Shomolu, Lagos Mainland, as reported on his verified X account.
