Allow Mainoo To Grow At His Own Pace –Bellingham Warns

Real Madrid standout Jude Bellingham emphasized the importance of allowing his England teammate, Kobbie Mainoo, to develop at his own pace. Bellingham's remarks come in the wake of Mainoo's standout performance during England's recent 2-2 draw against Belgium in an international friendly yesterday.

Mainoo, who has shown promise during his tenure with Manchester United in the Premier League, has earned two caps under the guidance of Gareth Southgate. As the Euro 2024 Championship approaches, Bellingham, speaking with Channel 4, stressed the necessity of handling Mainoo with care.

Reflecting on Mainoo's performance, Bellingham acknowledged his talent, stating, "He was good tonight. It’s difficult. I’m speaking like the old head here, but I know how hard it can be when there’s a clamor and people put a lot of pressure on you, so I don’t want to add fuel to the fire. But he’s definitely a brilliant player, and he’s going to have an amazing future at Manchester United and hopefully for England as well."

Man United Legend Advises Rashford To Leave The Club

Former Manchester United star Lee Sharpe has reportedly advised Marcus Rashford to consider leaving if he's not fully behind manager Erik ten Hag.

Rashford, 25, caused a stir by skipping training the day after being spotted in a Belfast nightclub, fueling rumours of a tequila-fueled binge with an old teammate. Despite performing well in recent matches, including scoring against Wolves, Sharpe expressed concern that Rashford's actions suggest a lack of support for Ten Hag.

Speaking to Lucky Block via Goal, Sharpe questioned Rashford's commitment to the club and suggested any dissatisfaction with management or the club's direction could affect his performance. Sharpe emphasised the need for fully dedicated players to the team and the manager.

While acknowledging he doesn't know Rashford personally, Sharpe believes only Rashford knows the true state of his United career. Rashford has faced criticism for not matching his previous season's goal-scoring prowess, managing only five goals and six assists in 28 matches this season.

Despite United's current sixth-place standing and a four-match unbeaten streak, questions linger about Rashford's form and commitment. United is scheduled to face Aston Villa at Villa Park on Sunday, February 11th.

Rasmus Hojlund and Christian Eriksen Will Miss Denmark’s Forthcoming International Matches Due To Injury

Rasmus Hojlund and Christian Eriksen have withdrawn from Denmark’s upcoming matches against Slovenia and Northern Ireland due to injuries sustained while playing for Manchester United.

Hojlund and Eriksen were injured during United’s Premier League match against Luton Town, which the Red Devils won 1-0 courtesy to a goal from Victor Lindelof in the 59th minute.

Eriksen was allowed to go after 40 minutes with an apparent knee injury, while Hojlund was taken out in the second half with a hamstring problem.

This season, Hojlund and Eriksen are not the only Manchester United players who have been injured. Due to injuries and sickness, Erik ten Hag has been without Casemiro, Lisandro Martinez, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Luke Shaw, and Tyrell Malacia.

Given that the Red Devils are entering the busiest phase of the season, the manager will be anxious to have Hojlund and Eriksen back on the field as soon as possible.

As a result, it’s no surprise that both Hojlund and Eriksen have withdrawn from international duty with Denmark, missing the country’s scheduled games against Slovenia and Northern Ireland later this month.

Denmark manager Kasper Hjulmand has chosen to replace Hojlund and Eriksen with Napoli star Jesper Lindstrom and Trabzonspor defender Jens Stryger Larsen in their Euro Qualifiers.

I’m Just Doing My Job — Onana

Manchester United's goalkeeper, Andre Onana, isn't one to revel in praise, even after his spectacular late penalty save secured maximum points for the Red Devils in their Champions League clash against Copenhagen.

Despite his immense scrutiny since joining Manchester United this summer, the 27-year-old Cameroon international has remained steadfast in his commitment. He's endured his fair share of criticism this season for the goals conceded while guarding the Ten Hag-led defence.

The previous Champions League game witnessed a similar scenario: he took partial responsibility for his team's loss to the Bundesliga Champions. However, it seems that the former Inter shot-stopper is finding his form. His heroic late saves against Jordan Larson ensured that Harry Maguire's 72nd-minute header was the match-winning contribution.

Post-match, Andre Onana downplayed his role, stating, "I'm just doing my job; the most important thing is to win against a tough team. I am happy about the victory; we had a good game and a big goal from Harry [Maguire]. We are Manchester United. We are a big club with big players. It's just a matter of time; we must continue like this. I have no doubt we will make it."

His focus remains firmly on the team's success, reinforcing his dedication to Manchester United's cause.
