 LIVERPOOL`S MOHAMED SALAH BEATS VICTOR MOSES, SADIO MANE, AUBAMEYANG TO BBC PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARD

 

Liverpool`s MOHAMMED SALAH has been named BBC African Football player of the year for the first time after beating Chelsea’s Victor MOSES, PERIECK EMERICK AUBEMEYANG of Borrusia Dortmund, NABY KEITA of RB Lipzieg and team mate SADIO MANE of Senegal to the converted crown.

This is the 3rd time an Egyptian would be crowned the BBC player African player of the year after MOHAMED BARAKAT and MOHAMED ABOUTRIKA won it in 2005 and 2008.

Speaking after receiving the award at the Melwood Park on Monday, an elated SALAH who has been on fire for Liverpool this season says winning the award was a dream come true for him.
