APAPA COMMAND OF NIGERIA CUSTOMS SERVICE RAKES IN OVER 165 BILLION NAIRA IN FIRST HALF OF 2017

The Apapa Customs Command says it has realised 165.7 billion naira in the first half year of 2017, representing 49.06 percent collection on target for the year.

The Customs Area Controller of Apapa, Comptroller MUSA JIBRIL, who made this known through a document issued by the Public Relations Officers of the Command, IJEOMA NWALA, said that Apapa, which is the premier port, has maintained its lead as the highest revenue collector in the Service.

He said comparatively, the revenue profile of the command has increased by 44.7 billion naira, representing 27.01percent growth over the previous year.
