Breaking: Supreme Court Adjourns Hearing On Dasuki’s Appeal To Jan 25

The Supreme Court, has adjourned hearing on appeal the detained former National Security Adviser, Retired Col. SAMBO DASUKI, lodged against the Federal Government, till January 25.

DASUKI who served as the NSA under ex-President GOODLUCK JONATHAN is challenging his continued detention despite the fact that he was granted bail by three different trial courts.

The former NSA is facing two separate charges before the Federal Capital Territory High Court at Maitama over alleged illegal diversion of about $2.1billion meant for the purchase of arms.

He is equally on trial before the Federal High Court in Abuja on charges bordering on money laundering and his alleged illegal possession of fire arms to combat terrorism in the North-East.
