Wenger adamant on top four finish

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says the team needs help to make the top four following their two nil win over Manchester United on Sunday.

Arsenal are now two points behind Jose Mourinho’s side in fifth and six away from Manchester City who sit in fourth spot, although they do have a game in hand over both sides.

Wenger believes his side will need a hand if they are to make it into Europe’s top competition next term, but insists they must give themselves a chance by winning their own games.

Speaking after the game, the Frenchman said, “We still have a mathematical chance [of making the top four], we need some help but the best help we can get is from our own focus and to win our games.”
