WIKE insists Saturday elections in the State won’t be free and fair, unless…

Rivers state Governor NYESOM WIKE has insisted that he has reasons to believe that the Saturday elections in the state won’t be free and fair, unless INEC takes heed and corrects some anomalies.

Governor WIKE in an interview in Port Harcourt today accused INEC of failing to answer basic questions about its impartiality ahead of the exercise.

According to the governor, certain problems that dogged the last elections are still persistent.

The Rivers state governor also accused the Inspector General of Police IBRAHIM IDRIS of refusing to talk to him over security concerns ahead of the elections.
