Government says talks with Boko Haram over remaining Chibok girls still on.

The Government says talks with the Boko Haram over the remaining one ninety seven abducted Chibok girls have not broken down.

According to the Minister of Information, Alhaji LAI MOHAMMED, negotiations are still ongoing.

Minister MOHAMMED did not however give details because of the security nature of the talks.

Reports were making the rounds over the last week that there had been a freeze in discussions following the failure of both parties to agree on the issue of money though it would not be confirmed what money had to do with the negotiations since the government has continue to maintain that it did not pay for the release of the first set of twenty one girls.
