Militants of the Niger Delta Justice Mandate have attacked another crude oil delivery line at Effurun-Otor in Ughelli South Area of Delta state.

They say the attack is to announce its rejection of President MUHAMMADU BUHARI’s meeting with leaders of the Niger Delta planned for tomorrow November One in Abuja.

According to reports, the thirty two-inch pipeline, which is operated by the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company, NPDC was truncated by midnight on Saturday.

The group in a statement by its self acclaimed Spokesman, ALDO AGBALAJA said it was not comfortable with some of the delegates in the Chief EDWIN CLARKE-led Pan Niger Delta forum.

The statement said the war against oil facilities in the region would not end until the government engaged true representatives of the people in a genuine dialogue.
