The Federal Government denies report making the round that President MUHAMMADU BUHARI led administration is planing to sell national assets in order to reflate the economy

The Federal Government has denied report making the round that President MUHAMMADU BUHARI led administration is planning to sell national assets in order to reflate the economy.

Minister of Information and Culture, LAI MOHAMMED who refuted the reports while briefing journalists after the Federal Executive Council meeting   in Abuja yesterday said the federal government is still working on the most comprehensive manner to inflate the economy.

He assured that government will make public its final position on the matter.

 LAI MOHAMMED further said that only the medium term economic framework was endorsed by the governors who could support or reject decisions on an advisory basis at the National Economic council level.
