Nigerians are today observing a second-day of public holiday declared by the federal government to mark the muslim festival of Eid-el-kabir.
As part of the celebration, people are expected to visit places of interest and other fun spots in many cities across the country.
Yesterday in Kaduna, the Federal Road Safety Corps FRSC said it had secured forty five convictions of motorists for various traffic offences.
IBRAHIM TANKO, Legal Officer of the FRSC in Kaduna said the motorists were convicted via a mobile court during the Sallah and ember months operations which began on September seven.
Across the state, the FRSC deployed four hundred and six Marshalls, six ambulances, thirty patrol vehicles and four hundred Special Marshall for the Sallah period.
