NDJM blows up major trunk delivery line

The Niger Delta Greenland Justice Mandate, NDJM has blown up a major trunk delivery line conveying crude from Isoko to the Eriemu manifold Urhobo nationality in Delta state belonging to NPDC and Shoreline Resources.

The action comes 24 hours after the newly formed militant group threatened to bomb oil installations in the Niger Delta region if the Federal Government did not stop its one-sided talks with the Ijaw ethnic nationality.

The group had asked government to stop negotiating with the Ijaw ethnic nationality alone as it was not the only tribe in the region,  warning that its militants could blow-up pipelines.

A statement signed by the spokesperson of the group, ALDO AGBALAJA said the group was out to seek justice for the perpetually cheated, adding that the pipeline was blown as a mark of seriousness following the approval by the Central Operational Command of the group to commence demolition and evacuation of uplands tagged ‘Operation Zero’.
