Super Eagles forward, Ahmed Musa says he hopes to score more goals for Premier League champions, Leicester City after opening his account for his new club against European champions, Barcelona in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday.
Leicester traled 3-0 at half time, but Musa’s second-half introduction sparked the Foxes to life in the friendly. The former CSKA Moscow man scored in the 48th and 66th minutes to bring the deficit down to 3-2 before Barcelona eventually ran out 4-2 winners.
Musa expressed his disappointment with the scoreline, but he was delighted with his brace, promising to keep up the hard word so as to get as many more goals for Leicester City.
The club’s record signing said the goals against Barcelona are a signal of more good times and more goals to come for the club.
