KOGI ELECTIONS; JAMES FALEKE DISSOCIATES SELF FROM CEREMONY

In Kogi state where the state Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has dismissed the case filed by the Peoples Democratic Party against the newly elected Governor of the state, YAHYA BELLO.

 

The state chapter of the Labour party was also a party to the case.

 

The ruling by the Election Petition Tribunal has paved the way for the swearing in of YAHYA BELLO tomorrow.

 

The running mate to late ABUBAKAR AUDU in the last Kogi governorship election, JAMES ABIODUN FALEKE, has however vowed to stay away from the swearing-in ceremony.

 

He also claimed sometimes that people believed to be loyal to the governor-elect of the state are after his life.
