The Presidency is saying that it cannot rule out the possibility of the anti-graft agencies to invite former President GOODLUCK JONATHAN to answer-up to corruption allegations if there is a need to do so.
FEMI ADESINA, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity who stated this in an interview with Premium Times in Abuja said President MUHAMMADU BUHARI will not spare anyone who has a case to answer.
ADESINA declared that there is no accord between the incumbent president and his predecessor, adding “that if the corruption fight needs to get to JONATHAN, it will get there”, end of quote.
The presidential spokesman who went on to deny allegations of bias against the PDP in the anti-corruption war, emphasized that nobody will be protected, citing the arrest by the EFCC of the president’s confidant, JAFARU ISA.
ADESINA also said investigation into other sectors such as Petroleum and Banking would soon commence.
